IU Executive Health, Corporate Wellness and Prevention Program as a Corporate Resource

To provide our corporate clients comprehensive health, wellness, and fitness services, the Executive Health, Corporate Wellness and Prevention Program partners with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport. This partnership allows corporate clients to become involved in a complete program including advanced fitness activities that will help them meet specific objectives resulting from their Executive Health, Corporate Wellness and Prevention Program health assessment.

NIFS Corporate Wellness Program

The National Institute for Fitness and Sport is dedicated to enhancing human health, physical fitness and athletic performance through research, education and service for people of all ages and abilities.

One service essential to employers is NIFS Corporate Wellness Program - an effective tool to decrease absenteeism, lower health care costs, increase employee productivity and energy and raise employee job satisfaction and retention. This is accomplished through combining education and action. Members of the Corporate Wellness Program have access to NIFS medically-based fitness center and its certified, professional staff as well as materials that can inspire and show employees how to reach their fitness goals.
