The GI Update is an annual full-day CME event held by the Gastroenterology/Hepatology Division at Indiana University. The course features updates on recent literature in upper and lower GI tract, liver, and pancreatobiliary disease as well as presentations on specific topics of interest to primary care providers. The course, typically held on the first Friday in May, is regularly attended by more than 200 primary care providers, gastroenterologists, and gastroenterology nurses. The 2012 GI Update will be held on Friday, May 4th at the Indiana History Center.
