Bio

Accomplishments

Biographical Summary:

Dr. Bailey has long been affiliated with the Indiana University School of Medicine where he received his medical degree and also completed a residency program in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology. He is a professor of clinical medicine at the Krannert Institute and his special areas of focus include clinical cardiology, electrocardiography, and medical education.

Dr. Bailey is certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and American College of Cardiology. He served in the United States Army Medical Corps and was the Commissioner of the Indiana State Department of Health from 1990 to 1997.
