Welcome to the IU Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program. We are focused on the care of adult patients with Cystic Fibrosis.
The IU Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program is the only adult CF program in the state of Indiana that is a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation accredited care center. We are part of the Riley Cystic Fibrosis Center. We also have a Cystic Fibrosis Transition Clinic at Riley Hospital to transition patients who have reached adulthood into our adult care setting.
We currently have over 90 patients listed in our program and continue to accept new patients.
We are located in the Medical Diagnostic Center of Indiana University Hospital. Adult CF Clinic is held the first and third Monday afternoon of each month. Additional clinic time is available with Jana Yeley, the nurse practitioner every Thursday afternoon of the month, except holidays. Other appointment times are available, if needed.
The Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center consists of two primary physicians and a nurse practitioner. Supportive staff includes respiratory therapy, nutritional experts, physical therapy and social work.
